Love them or hate them, computers are a fact of life and they are here to stay. Sometimes it seems we are entirely dependent on them both in business and personal life and yet in many respects they are themselves not always the most dependable way of going about things.
Whilst I am all for using technology and certainly it has a place in modern society, I for one mourn the demise of the fountain pen. So simple yet so stylish, and apart from maybe the occasional need for blotting paper, incredibly reliable. For me there is much more a sense of occasion using a proper fountain pen to sign a document or write some notes. That is something I feel the computer, for all its wizadry, will never achieve.
